FAQ
•
Do you provide technical support?
Yes, we'll help on how to best use the API depending on
your use-case and answer any question.
•
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, and you pay nothing during the integration
phase.
Contact
us for a trial key for our API.
•
Will I be locked into a contract?
No. You can terminate service whenever you choose.
•
What happens if I don't use the service for a month?
If you make no use of the service for a month you pay
nothing.
•
What is the minimum monthly fee?
20€/month for up to 500
optimized tasks.
•
Are fees based on the number of vehicles and/or drivers?
No. Fees are determined on the basis of your actual use,
that is, the number of optimized tasks.
•
What is an optimized task?
An optimized task is one carried out at a specific
location as part of your business activity (on-site
interventions, pick-ups, deliveries, etc.) that has been
processed by our API.
•
If I request solutions for variations of the same
problem, do I pay multiple times for the same tasks?
No, that is generally the way the API is used, such as
determining the best solution by changing priorities,
time schedules, the number of vehicles, and so on. The
speed with which our API carries out calculations makes
that possible. And when we deal with tasks carried out
at the same location you pay only once per
problem-solving sequence.
•
How will I be billed for three successive queries with
the same 100 geographic coordinates?
A specific location is not counted more than once for a
given problem-solving sequence. In this instance, even
though 300 coordinates are processed by the API, you are
billed for only 100 locations. Similarly, if just after
having 100 operations optimized you need to add 5 new
ones, which frequently occurs, you will be billed only
for 105 locations even though 205 coordinates will have
been submitted for processing.
•
What is a problem-solving sequence?
The serie of queries that allows you to arrive at the
solution that will be implemented in the field.
•
How long do you allow a problem-solving sequence to run?
Up to an hour. During that time, we eliminate duplicate
entries of locations so that you will not be billed for
them. If your business needs require to send requests
more than one hour apart for the same problem,
please
contact
us so that we can discuss possible solutions.
•
What would happen if I were to submit a problem whose
operations cannot all be carried out?
The solution we propose will determine which operations
it would be best to perform in light of the factors
involved: priorities, capacities, time schedules,
etc. And you will be billed only for the optimized
operations.
•
In order to remove duplicates for billing purposes, will
you be storing all coordinates that I send in for API
processing?
No. There is no need to
because
hashing
allows us to eliminate duplicate entries.
